Eclipse ThermJet burners are high-performance nozzle-mix burners engineered for applications that demand fast flame velocity, superior energy efficiency, and low emissions. They are ideally suited for furnaces, drying chambers, and a wide range of thermal processes in industries such as metal, glass, ceramics, and other process-driven sectors. . High gas velocity enhances temperature uniformity, product quality, and overall furnace efficiency. ThermJet burners are available in both high-velocity (150 m/s) and medium-velocity (75 m/s) models, offered in 14 different sizes to suit a variety of applications. They operate reliably with either cold ambient air or preheated combustion air up to 400 °C. Integrated gas and air measurement flanges facilitate easy installation and precise adjustment. Additionally, the air and gas inlet orientations can be independently rotated in 90° increments for flexible configuration.
