The KINEDIZER® Staged LE is a nozzle-mix burner with medium flue gas velocity. Utilizing advanced mixing technology, it achieves low emissions with exceptionally low excess air. This robust burner—featuring a refractory block, steel housing, and nozzle—is compatible with natural gas, propane, or other gaseous fuels. Combustion air is supplied via an external fan.

KINEDIZER® Staged LE burners can be used in all direct-fired high-temperature applications. They combine flexibility and stability with a wide control range and the lowest available NOx emissions. Key application areas include thermal afterburners, incinerators, spiral fluid heaters and other direct high-temperature processes.
