The IFD 258 from Kromschröder is a compact burner controller that ignites and monitors direct-ignited industrial gas burners of unlimited output. Thanks to its fully electronic design, it responds quickly to different process requirements and is therefore also suitable for frequent switching. It can be used for modulating or stage-controlled atmospheric burners or “forced draught” burners in multiple burner applications, using a central control system for pre-ventilation and monitoring.
