The Eclipse Tube Firing Burner (TFB) is a low emission burner engineered for use with radiant or immersion tubes, offering thermal outputs ranging from 80 to 530 kW. Its innovative nozzle design generates a powerful, swirling flame with an adjustable length, resulting in clean combustion, efficient heat transfer, and consistent, uniform tube temperatures. The TFB burner can operate with or without an exhaust gas recuperator. When paired with the Eclipse Bayonet-Ultra recuperator, combustion air is preheated via a heat exchanger, improving fuel efficiency by up to 20%. The burner is capable of handling preheated combustion air temperatures up to 400°C.
