Eclipse RatioStar burners are modular duct burners engineered for direct-fired air heating and drying applications. They operate using proportional air/gas (ratio) control. Unlike the FlueFire burner—which uses process air as its oxygen source—the RatioStar receives combustion air separately, supplied by a dedicated fan. Burners are configured in rows of up to 24 modules. Propagation modules link these rows, enabling cross-ignition and flexible system configuration. This modular setup supports a variety of installation needs.
The RatioStar is particularly well-suited for applications where the process air has low oxygen content or where a compact flame is necessary.
